What to prepare for your first consultation
A short checklist for a useful first conversation.
Note your destination, purpose and estimated travel date. Include your citizenship and country of residence.
Explain any previous applications, refusals or important changes. For study, clarify admission status; for business, describe the meeting or event.
You do not need to send a passport copy or bank document in the first message. Agree on how personal documents will be handled first.
